These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the IPTV Smarters Plus website, applications and subscription services (collectively, the "Service"). By purchasing a subscription, starting a free trial, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

IPTV Smarters Plus provides a streaming subscription that delivers access to internet-delivered media through compatible third-party player applications (such as IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate and Smart IPTV). We do not host, store, record or distribute any media content ourselves. The Service is a technical access and delivery solution only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase a subscription. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide at checkout is accurate and complete.

3. Subscriptions, Plans & Billing

Subscriptions are offered on the plans and prices shown on our pricing page. Payment is collected in advance for the full term of the plan you select. Unless otherwise stated, plans do not auto-renew — your access ends at the close of the paid term unless you renew. All prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless noted otherwise. Each subscription provides access on a single device at a time.

4. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial that provides limited-time access to the Service. No payment is required to start a trial. Trials are intended to let you evaluate compatibility and performance on your own connection and devices. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trials at any time.

5. Refunds

Where a money-back guarantee is offered, it applies as described at the time of purchase and is intended for cases where the Service cannot be made to work on a supported device. Because activation is instant and credentials are delivered immediately, refunds are not available once a subscription has been used beyond reasonable testing, except as required by applicable law. 6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) resell, sublicense or share your credentials except under an authorized reseller arrangement; (b) attempt to circumvent device limits or security measures; (c) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; or (d) interfere with the operation of the Service or its servers. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this section without refund.

7. Your Responsibilities & Content Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service, and any content you access through it, complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your state, country and jurisdiction. All trademarks, channel names and content are the property of their respective owners. IPTV Smarters Plus does not grant any rights to third-party content.

8. Third-Party Apps & Devices

The Service is used through third-party player applications and your own hardware. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality or policies of those apps, app stores, devices, or your internet service provider. A stable broadband connection is required for acceptable performance.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific channel, event or content will be available at any given time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IPTV Smarters Plus and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, chargeback abuse, or to comply with legal obligations. You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
