IPTV Smarters Plus respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This page explains our position on copyright and how to submit a notice under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws.

1. We Do Not Host Content

IPTV Smarters Plus is a technical access and delivery service used through third-party player applications. We do not host, store, record, upload, or distribute any media content, streams, or files on our servers. We do not own or control the content delivered through compatible third-party apps, and all trademarks, channel names and media are the property of their respective owners.

2. Reporting Copyright Concerns

Because we do not host media content, takedown requests for specific streams or programs are usually best directed to the actual host or content provider. If you nonetheless believe that material associated with our website infringes a copyright you own or control, you may send us a notice and we will review it in good faith.

3. How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

To be effective, your written notice should include the following, as set out in 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail (such as a URL) for us to locate it;
4. Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number and email address;
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

4. Where to Send Your Notice

Please send DMCA notices to our designated contact through our contact page, or by email to iptvsmartersplus@gmail.com. Mark your message "DMCA Notice" so it reaches the right team quickly.

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice that includes your signature, identification of the material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and your contact information and consent to jurisdiction as required by law.

6. Repeat Infringers

In appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, we may suspend or terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers, in line with our Terms of Service.
